The international Academy for Scientific and Technical Cooperation (IA STC) was founded on the initiative of “Expert Holding” by a number of firm-manufactures, supplying equipment into Russia and other CIS countries, as well as by Russian expert organizations.

The academy’s full members are heads of CIS technical and mining supervision bodies, standardization bodies of these countries, as well as representatives of foreign technical supervision bodies, research institutes and mechanical production manufacturers.

The key objective of the IA STC is qualifying CIS specialists in effective international normative documents.

The education is intra-extramural. For the period of education the IA STC trainees receive a package of international normative documents and consultation of European specialists. Upon finishing education and a successful thesis defense they are awarded the Academy Diploma.

The training is branches-oriented. The trainee groups are formed in Moscow representation of the academy and training in Germany.
